Transforming Lives
Through Play Therapy

Love is the root. Healing is the journey. Wisdom is the way. 🌻

What is
Play Therapy?

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate, evidence‑based psychological approach that supports children in expressing thoughts, feelings, and experiences through the natural language of play. Because young children often find it difficult to describe their inner world in words, play becomes their primary way of communicating. In a safe and supportive therapeutic space, play allows children to explore emotions, solve problems, build resilience, and make sense of life’s challenges at their own pace.

Who am I?

I am a BAPT-registered play therapist with experience supporting children, young people, and families across hospital, school, and community settings in London. I work using an integrative, child-centred, and psychodynamic approach, tailoring therapy to each child’s needs. I am passionate about helping children express themselves, build resilience, and thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
